Note from my Brother Kerry to Athena, his Sister-in-Law

Hi Athena:
I made this this week. It was great.
I did the thick version and used heavy cream.
Also had about 2 pounds of fresh asparagus
to start and took off the tough ends.
Took about a half hour total.
I think you will really like it. Hope you are well. Love to Todd and Dana.
